Polmina Cottage, and it's newly built 'Narrowhouse', combine a celebration of simple, honest craftmanship, balancing the ornate with the manufactured.  

Working collaboratively with their clients, we completed a full renovation and extension of the main cottage; tucked neatly beside the family home is a newly built and bespoke narrow house.  Our clients had the freedom and flexibility to create this bespoke space which features custom created panelling, fire surround, kitchen and much more. 

By removing the roof of the original bungalow, a stunning master ensuite was created with access to a walk in wardrobe.  To compliment the ground floor renovation, the grounds of the properties were also landscaped.  

We present these properties proudly as, true to it's 'arts and crafts' style, we were given the opportunity to showcase the quality and beauty of individual craftmanship.
